• All prices are inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
• Payments can only be made in cash or online, and an invoice will be issued.
• All services must be reserved in advance. There is no guarantee of last-minute availability.
• Late check-out is allowed for up to 2 hours. Any deviation beyond 2 hours automatically adds another 24 hours of paid boarding services.
• The completed boarding form is the only information we have about your pet. For the most pleasurable holiday, any disinformation or concealing of facts must be rigorously avoided. Any verbal exchange can be considered null and void.
• Any service must be accompanied by up-to-date vaccination records and ID verification.
• Females during heat or 2 weeks before or after heat will not be accepted for boarding.
• Home-cooked meals (chicken, rice, eggs, paneer, buttermilk, curd, veggies, fruits) are included. Pet parents will provide packaged dog food.
• We create a WhatsApp group to give multiple updates about your dog while they are on vacation with us.
• Please make sure your pet is healthy, parasite-free, and looking forward to their vacation. We accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, disease, or damage to you or your pet during their stay and/or journey. All financial, emotional, and social liabilities are the responsibility of the pet parent.
